These terms govern your access to and use of Facebodybreast’s ergonomic consulting and structural safety advisory services. By engaging with our assessments, reports, or training materials, you agree to the conditions below.
Facebodybreast provides independent evaluations of clinical room layouts, sanitary engineering compliance, and staff safety protocols for medical day spas, wellness clinics, and recovery centers. Our recommendations are advisory in nature and do not replace on-site regulatory inspections or licensed engineering certifications. Clients are responsible for implementing suggested modifications in accordance with local building and health codes.
You agree to provide accurate information about your facility’s layout, equipment, and operational procedures. Any deliberate omission or misrepresentation may render our assessment invalid. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals before making structural or procedural changes based on our reports.
All deliverables — including written reports, training materials, layout diagrams, and checklists — remain the intellectual property of Facebodybreast unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use them internally for your clinic or spa but may not redistribute, resell, or publish them without prior consent.
Facebodybreast’s liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service that gave rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, patient injury, or regulatory fines resulting from the implementation or non-implementation of our recommendations. Our assessments are based on conditions observed at the time of the visit and do not guarantee future compliance.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination, you must cease using any materials marked as confidential. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
